Do your distributors keep their businesses "top secret" because they fear rejection?

If they are like most distributors, they are afraid to approach prospects. But what if you could change this? What would your business look like if you could remove rejection and fear from your distributors?

Your business would boom. You'd have lots of prospects asking for presentations. You'd have lots of prospects on three-way phone calls. And you'd have lots of new distributors joining your business weekly.

So how can you reduce or eliminate rejection and fear for your distributors?

By giving them a new point of view.

Instead of asking them to go out and SELL the opportunity to prospects, why not tell your distributors to:

Let prospects know they can pick up a check for recommending and promoting things they like. That's it. In other words, your distributor's job is to let prospects know they can get a check for recommending and promoting what they like - or they can continue doing it for free.

This takes care of the distributor's responsibility. The decision to pick up a check or to continue to recommend and promote things for free, well, that's a decision the prospect has to make.

Your distributor is not responsible for the prospect's decision. Your distributor's only responsibility is to let prospects know that they have a choice.

Get seven no-cost examples of ways to sponsor new distributors, taken directly from the '103 Ways & Places to Sponsor New Distributors' manual.

Why does success always occur in private, and failure in full view?

------------------------------------------------------------

Wealth is portable. It resides in your head.

------------------------------------------------------------

Sponsoring isn't like selling.

When you buy something, you give the seller some money, receive your merchandise, and the deal is completed. That's it.

When someone asks you to join his network marketing company, this isn't a simple, one-time transaction. You are being asked for a long-term commitment. You'll want to know more about the program, the people involved, etc. You want to be comfortable with everything before you make this major decision.

That's why "selling" doesn't work well when sponsoring prospects.

What does work is "relationships." Your prospect will join if he knows, likes and trusts you. This is why people join.

If you want to be an effective recruiter, concentrate more of your presentation on relationships and less on features, benefits, and facts about your program.

Now here is a painful question:

If your last opportunity meeting or presentation took 60 minutes, how many minutes did you spend on the features, benefits, and facts about your program?

If you are like many networkers, you spent 55 or 60 minutes talking about the features, benefits and facts . . . and almost no time was spent on building the important part of your presentation: the relationship.

You might want to try to put more relationship in your presentations and see if your results improve.

My worthless sponsor's motto?

"Hard work pays off in the future. Laziness pays off now."

Researchers have discovered why worthless sponsors are barely human. It appears that they are missing vital parts of their anatomy. Researchers found that worthless sponsors are heartless, spineless and gutless.

------------------------------------------------------------

Here are EIGHT more great first sentences and headlines.

If you don't capture your prospect's imagination and attention with a great first sentence or headline . . you don't have a prospect.

Always think hard about what your first sentence will be. Your career depends on it.

And now for some examples:

"How to get an extra $400 raise per month - without asking your boss."

"Where to get the miracle food that makes you feel 20 years younger."

"Overworked, disgusted government worker shows ordinary citizens how to pay less in taxes."

"Three things you must do by Tuesday to guarantee you'll never be broke again."

"Face it. Even if you're very, very good at being a dinosaur, you're still extinct."

"Invest $50 in your future now, unless you don't think you're a good investment."

"You live and learn. Or, you don't live long."

"Overworked secretary refuses raise. Starts her own business in just seven minutes."

Remember, first sentences are used by your competition. Everyone is vying for your prospect's money.
